Welcome

Our class blog is a place where students share their learning experiences as part of their Photoshop for the Web projects. It is a fun way to connect with your peers as well as document your process to meet the project requirements. Students will receive an invitation to join our class blog once they post their email address to the Blog Invite discussion.

Students should post a quick hello to the class once they have received an invitation. When posting to requirements for a project, please include your name (alias) and Project Name in the title. In order to meet blog posting requirements, please make sure you answer all questions.  Here is sample of  a good posting

Please note: I have both the classroom and online classes posting to the same blog. Our class numbers are small so I wanted the classes to see the creativity of a larger group of students to meet the project requirements. Hope you enjoy viewing each others work!

I look forward to reading your learning journeys!

  1. Greetings,
I am glad to be here. This is my first experience with blogging. I assume I am to respond here to the Welcome post.
In future blogs will you be posting questins that we will answer? The sample blog seemed to be Q&A....

  2. Hello fellow classmates,
I have not used Blogger before so, like Vialante, I am adding a comment to the Welcome message as well as adding a Post to my Blog. I am looking forward to this Photoshop class. I struggled in HTML and Dreamweaver with trying to use Photoshop to improve my photos for my websites. Cropping them and saving the files in a reduced size was pretty simple but using the tools was a challenge.

  3. Hi ereyone,
Just as the post above, I am assuming this is the proper place for which to put my quick hello. I'm sure I'll figure it out before too long if it is not.

  4. I will go ahead and drop in a comment here. I use Blogger. But I too have struggled with Dreamweaver and FTP. Truthfully, I don't like it. I hope to vastly improve my PS skills as much as possible without a classroom.
